What is a pattern repeat?
It is the distance before a design repeats along the roll. Adjacent drops may need extra length so motifs align.
What if the product has a half-drop match?
This simple full-repeat model may understate material. Use the manufacturer’s matching diagram or an installer’s seaming plan.
Why add trim allowance?
Extra length permits positioning and trimming at walls. Uneven rooms may require a larger allowance.
